PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND FINAL SALE - Strictly no returns. No refund, credit, or exchange, unless deemed faulty.

 

RETURN CONDITION

Before lodging your request, please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products perfume smell or similar will not be accepted.
  • Items must be accompanied by their original box or case.

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days of your parcel being received. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to the sender.

 

We endeavor to process returns daily Monday - Friday, but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.

Once your return is received and inspected, our return department will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to STORE CREDIT + 5% BONUS

Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non-refundable.
