Nova Lux Refund & Exchange Policy 

At Nova Lux, we truly value your satisfaction.
If your purchase doesn’t work out, we’re here to help with refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Refund & Exchange

  • Refunds: Request within 7 days of receiving your order (excludes sale items).

  • Exchanges: Request within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

  • Store Credit: For change-of-mind returns, choose between a refund or store credit with an extra 5% bonus.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Full refund or exchange, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

  • Items with makeup stains, perfume, washing signs, or visible wear cannot be accepted.

  • Must include original box or case if applicable.

Return Process

  1. Lodge your request within 7 days via email or our website form.

  2. Send the parcel once approved (return shipping at customer’s cost unless faulty/incorrect).

  3. Refund or credit will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Exclusions

  • Sale and promotional items (unless faulty).

  • Hygiene items such as earrings and underwear.

  • Duties, taxes, and shipping fees from international orders.
